September Update

Construction of the 35 New Homes

We’re making great progress on site! Foundations have now been poured for 30 of the 35 homes, with the stonework rising to first floor level on six of these plots. Phase 2 of the tarmacking to the new road was completed on the 9th September with the final phase of tarmacking scheduled for mid October.

The show home is still on schedule to open in March, and we’re thrilled to announce an exciting collaboration with Neptune, who will be furnishing the show home and transforming it into a pop-up store. This will give you the opportunity to explore the quality of our homes while browsing beautiful interiors.

The full development remains on track for completion by December 2026.

Fox & Hounds Update

After meeting with a number of potential operators in recent months, we’re delighted to share that we’ve found a fantastic partner to relaunch the Fox & Hounds. Refurbishment works are due to begin in the coming months, with doors set to reopen early next year. We can’t wait to welcome you back to enjoy this much-loved local pub.
