Fox & Hound’s Refurb Underway

Hi everyone!

Sorry for the quiet spell — we’ve been busy behind the scenes pushing forward with both the new homes and the long-awaited re-opening of the Fox & Hounds.

We’re excited to share that the refurbishment of the pub is now officially underway! You may have spotted our builders coming and going over the last few days. We’re aiming to have the doors open and trading early next year.

Great progress is also being made on the new homes behind the pub. You might have seen the first few roofs going up over the past few weeks! We’re pleased to confirm we’re still on track for completion in December next year.

Work on the site entrance is due to begin in early February, ahead of our show home opening in March. Behind the scenes, we’re collaborating closely with Neptune, who will be fitting out the show home. The full development remains on schedule for completion in December 2026.
