July Progress Update

Construction of the 35 Homes
Our on-site team is making excellent progress and remains on schedule. We’re excited to share that the show homes are expected to open in March next year, with the full development on track for completion by December 26.

Fox & Hounds Update
We’ve engaged with around 20 interested parties regarding the Fox & Hounds pub, including face-to-face meetings with six potential landlords. While some candidates were not the right fit, a few have been invited to submit proposals for consideration.

Looking ahead, we have two promising meetings scheduled for 19th August with experienced individuals, and we’re also in discussions with two larger pub groups who’ve expressed interest, with meetings set for the end of August. Fingers crossed for a great outcome!
